Motions proposed by Cllr Oliver ‘that the PC take the first steps (stage 1) towards community led housing by undertaking consultation on local housing need, with a view to a community led group being encouraged to take over the project if it is to be progressed’ and

‘that the PC consider taking steps to protect the fabric/location of the village shop by applying for its designation as an Asset of Community Value. In addition, that the PC consider the possibility of seeking assistance via the Plunkett Foundation’.

  11. Pre-school Community Garden – To review annual Agreement for approval at November meeting.
