11.1 Planning Decisions: To receive feedback on decisions received;

17/03738/PLF – Ferry Farm House 9 Carr Lane Weel – Erection of single storey extensions to rear following removal of existing conservatory (permission granted – 3 conditions)

17/03314/PLF – Land And Buildings To The West Of The Grange Carr Lane Weel – Conversion of redundant agricultural building to a dwelling, removal of lean-to building and reinstate former access (permission grant – 15 conditions)

11.2 Planning Applications:  To consider and agree response.

  14. 2018/19 Precept and Budgetto review, approve and sign precept forms ready for submission.
  15. PART II – PRIVATE SESSION – PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960

The Chairman will move that the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business pursuant to section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted
